What happens on the free discovery call?
It's a 30-minute conversation with Dr. Sorrell — not an intake with staff. He reviews your health history, current symptoms, what you're trying to fix, and what you've already tried. If it's a good fit, he orders a comprehensive diagnostic workup; once results are in, you have a detailed review visit to walk through the findings and receive your protocol.
Do you take insurance?
Sorrell MD is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds, and superbills can be provided if you want to seek reimbursement from your carrier.
Which states do you serve?
Patients in most U.S. states, entirely by telemedicine. Licensure varies by state, so send a message to confirm coverage in yours. In-person appointments at the Southlake, Texas office are available by appointment only.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book the free 30-minute discovery call directly, with no referral and no obligation.
How soon will I hear back?
Within one business day. Dr. Sorrell personally reviews every message that comes through this form — it does not route to an assistant.
Can I just ask one question first?
