Sorrell MD vs Fountain Life
An in-person executive-health membership and a telemedicine physician relationship, side by side.
The short answer
Fountain Life is an in-person longevity membership built around an annual day of AI-guided diagnostics at its centers, which can include full-body and brain MRI and coronary CT angiography depending on the tier; its online shop lists the APEX membership at $23,500. Sorrell MD's Longevity Program is $7,500 a year by telemedicine: monthly visits with the same physician, $3,000+ of included testing, and imaging ordered when it is indicated rather than bundled.

On whole-body imaging
Whole-body MRI can find problems early, and it also finds incidental findings that lead to more tests. Sorrell MD does not bundle it; when imaging is indicated, it is ordered locally. The full-body MRI cost article covers what screening scans can and cannot tell you.
